General
This Cheyenne shop is an United States and Canada shop only. So orders can only be placed by users who have a shipping address in the United States of America or Canada. If you want to purchase from EU, UK, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Indonesia, Philippines or Malaysia please click on the region selector in the upper part of the shop.
In the Cheyenne shop you can make a purchase with or without a VAT number. If you have a valid VAT number, we will only charge the net price. If you don’t have a VAT number, we will charge the gross* price. Every customer will receive a receipt, accounted according to the mentioned options.
Payment
At the moment you can use one of the following payment methods:Credit Card various provider), PayPal, gPay (*availablity depends on country).
Some payment methods which are connected to a banking card (for example Bancontact or Carte Bancaire) will not be displayed in the selection of payment methods. Just enter your card number and the system will recognize it as an available payment method. You will find other payment methods available in your country (like PayPal) on the payment page when checking out.  
Please try placing your order once again, to make sure that a system failure did not occur. If you still cannot proceed with your payment, please contact your banking provider to check, if your payment isn’t being blocked by them.  In case it still does not work, please contact us via support@cheyennetattoo.com for further assistance.
You will receive your receipt per email, this might take a few days. Orders which are placed on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Times may vary due to holiday season. If you do not receive your invoice contact us support@cheyennetattoo.com
Taxes and VAT
You may use your VAT-number to shop with us.
Please type your VAT-number in the following format: YY123456789. Use your country code without a space behind it and up to 12 numbers. 
If you have a valid VAT-number, but our VAT checker rates it as not valid, please contact our support support@cheyennetattoo.com
The VAT is being checked in relation with the shipping country. If you entered a valid VAT number, but did not save an address in your account, you will see the gross price until you proceed to the shipping details during the checkout process.
Shopping
In our shop you can only see products, which are on stock. 
You can add your discount code to your purchase in your shopping cart. You can do it while shopping and add further products to your cart or do it before proceeding to the checkout process. Discount codes cannot be combined and can only be used once per customer.
Order cancelations may be processed (if placed in time) after you contacted support@cheyennetattoo.com or it can be done by you throughout loggin into your account within 15 min after your order was placed.
Account
At the moment only registered users can place an order. Your account is linked with your email address.
You do not need a password anymore.
A password is not needed. Enter your emailaddress and you will receive a 6 digit code. This code is valid one time only. For each log in you can create a new code. With this you do not have to remember your password anymore.
Shipping & Returns
At the moment we offer free shipping for purchases over 150 $.
Your package will be delivered by UPS and can either be sent by our partner Dynamic Color based in Florida or by us from Germany
Your purchase is normally processed within 24 hours, so your package should be delivered within 5 - 7 working days. Please note that due to the national holiday etc. shipping times may vary.
You can only track the shipping status of your order. Please use the tracking ID that we will forward to you after transfering your purchase to the UPS.
The exchange or return of tattoo machines, bundles, grips, cartridges, power units, accessoiries or merchandise is not offered by us. However, if boxes are still stealed and products have not been used, we might be able to allow a return on your costs and will charge a handling fee of 50 - 100 $. Please email us via support@cheyennetattoo.com. In case you receive a faulty or broken product or wrong delivered goods please get in touch with us via support@cheyennetattoo.com
Service
All tattoo machines and power units come with a warranty of 24 months (since the 1st of April 2023). The warranty applies starting with the date of purchase. We will grant an extra 6-month warranty after having your product repaired.
